Becky Fouard

Becky grew up on a small farm in Kansas, where she found her passion for agriculture and leadership through her time spent in 4-H and FFA. She studied Agricultural Communications and Journalism, minor in Leadership studies, at Kansas State University. During college Becky served as a National FFA Officer, traveling to 40 states over the course of 330 days in one year. After graduating, Becky began her career at the Kansas Department of Agriculture as a member of their Advocacy and Marketing team for the state. Today, Becky lives in Indianapolis where she has worked for Elanco Animal Health for nine years. She has held roles in marketing, global corporate communications, research and development, and today global learning and development where she trains supervisors and emerging leaders within the organization. Becky and her husband Tristan own and operate M4G CrossFit in Indianapolis where they promote health within the community. 

Becky is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, has completed the Coach U Core Essentials Program, and is pursuing her ACTP and ICF Certifications.

Ashleyne Seitz

Ashleyne studied Psychology and English and worked as a team leader in Research and Development for a non-profit from 2012-2020, and then as a Creative Media Director for a large church in the Midwest. As a writer and creative, Ashleyne creates content for digital platforms, helps to streamline organizational communication, and works to help teams and individuals accomplish their goals. Ashleyne was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder in 2016 and understands ambitious individuals who struggle to function while dealing with mental illness. She’s a CrossFit coach, finding that the consistent workouts and intentional community stabilize both her physical and emotional health. Although she grew up in Upstate New York, Ashleyne has lived in Indianapolis since 2010 and now considers the Midwest her home.

Ashleyne is CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a Certified Professional Life Coach through Certified Life Coaching Institute. She is currently pursuing her ICF Certification.
